We only accept donation requests from local registered non-profit charities directly. Due to our long standing charitable commitments our donation are limited to the following:

• We do not accept requests from second or third party organizations or persons on behalf of a charity

• We do not accept donation requests from Individuals, Government Agencies, Individual Companies, Events, Trade Shows, Political Organizations, Research Studies, Athletic Teams, Conferences, Conventions, Professional Association Meetings, General campaigns, celebrations, parades, festivals.
  We do not donate material (including but not limited to flowers, vases, plants, planters, gift baskets)

• We do not donate gift certificates

• We do not provide cash sponsorship

• We do not accept requests for sponsorship in trade for advertising

• We do not accept requests for merchandise for promotions, auctions or raffles

These are the guidelines regarding our donation policy.

•  We require six to eight weeks minimum lead time to review requests.

• All donations must be submitted in PDF form in writing on company letterhead via email or letter mail.

All donations are limited to the following:

• We will provide our design expertise and donate our labour costs for an approved donation request

• We will provide supplies including but not limited to flowers, vases at discounted rates to qualified organizations.

• It is the organization requesting the donation's responsibility to arrange for pickup up of items.

Should you wish to request a donation based on the above guidelines please email us a request on your company letter head including the following details.

• Date of Event

• Reason for donation request

• Number of pieces requested and location the pieces are to be placed.

• Budget for materials including flowers, vases etc. If you have vases or containers you would like for us to use please let us know the size and style

• Are vases to be returned If there are any colour requests please advise us.

There are limits to what we can give and the number of requests we receive is truly overwhelming, we simply cannot help them all but we do our best to do what we can.
